Orchids
In Singapore

It was the last weekend of August 1997. After many late nights at work, in the taxi ride home, I had noticed this banner at the Botanical Gardens in Singapore about an orchid show.

What follows is the result of my trip that Saturday morning to the National Orchid Show. It was a hot and muggy morning, and I must thank my wife and son for both coming with and helping me.

Equipment used

(analog):Canon EOS-10QD, 85-300mm Zoom, 35-120mm Zoom, Kodak Ektacolor 400 (EGP 400) film, scanned using the HP PhotoSmart photo/slide/negative scanner. No retouching was done to the scans.

(DC120): Kodak DC-120, 20MB Sandisk flash ram card. No retouching of the output was performed.
